The agreement governing all subscription services provided by Ziloah Solutions to our customers.

Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Ziloah Solutions ("Company", "we", "our") to the client ("Customer", "you"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.
Scope of Services
Ziloah provides services including:
- Automation & AI Systems
- WordPress Development & Optimization
- Managed IT & Technical Support
- AI Chatbots & Workflow Automation
- Microsoft 365 & Cloud Support
- SEO & Growth Automation
- Website Backup and Security Management
Services are delivered based on the selected subscription plan or approved custom scope.
Subscription Plans
3.1 Monthly Subscription
- Services are billed monthly in advance
- Each plan includes a defined scope and service limits
- Unused service capacity does not roll over
3.2 Plan Limits
Work beyond plan limits may require a plan upgrade or additional fees.
Included Software & Licensing (WordPress Plugin Pro)
4.1 Included Benefits
As part of your active subscription, Ziloah may provide access to premium ("Pro") WordPress plugins at no additional cost. These plugins are licensed and managed under Ziloah accounts. Access is granted only during an active subscription. Plugins remain the property/licensing responsibility of Ziloah.
4.2 Subscription Dependency
All included Pro plugins are strictly tied to your active subscription — maintained, updated, and supported only while your subscription is active.
4.3 Cancellation & Continued Usage
If the Customer cancels their subscription, access to Pro plugin licenses will be revoked or transferred out of Ziloah's management. If the Customer chooses to continue using these plugins, they will be converted into a separate monthly billing. Pricing is subject to change at any time based on licensing costs and provider pricing.
4.4 Responsibility After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, the Customer is responsible for renewing licenses independently or paying Ziloah for continued plugin access. Ziloah is not responsible for plugin failures due to expired licenses or security/compatibility issues if plugins are not maintained.
Support & Communication
5.1 Support Channel
All support requests must be submitted via support@ziloah.com
5.2 Ticket-Based System
All tasks, updates, and changes must be submitted via ticket. This ensures tracking, prioritization, and reporting.
Monthly Reporting
Customers will receive a monthly report including:
- Completed tasks
- System updates
- Performance insights
Client Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide required access and information
- Respond promptly to requests
- Maintain third-party licenses if not managed by Ziloah
Payments
8.1 Billing
Monthly subscription billed in advance.
8.2 Late Payments
Services may be paused for overdue accounts.
Cancellation & Termination
9.1 Customer Cancellation
9.2 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, subscription services will stop and included Pro plugins will no longer be covered (see Section 4).
Custom & Out-of-Scope Work
Additional work will be quoted separately, recommended as a plan upgrade, or charged at $15/hr.
Data & Security
We follow best practices, but the Customer is responsible for backups unless included in the plan. Ziloah is not liable for third-party failures.
Limitation of Liability
Ziloah is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or business interruption. Liability is limited to the last 30 days of payments.
